If you want to make a change to a fitter you but don’t know where to start, why not join the staff at Smith’s Super Valu Kinsale who are getting involved in Operation Transformation this year by organising a walk/jog/run every Monday evening at 7pm. Meet at the Super Valu car park at 7pm and join the team as they walk to the Dock bar and back. Free hi-vis jackets will be provided and great chats are guaranteed! Staff at the Deli Counter are following the Operation Transformation Meal Plan,  recipes and ingredients can be found in store.
