Fifty students from KCS departed Cork Airport last week for a flight to Nice on their school exchange visit to Kinsale’s twin city Antibes. They are staying for a week with their host families and are attending Lycée Audiberti and visiting Monaco, Nice and Cannes. A reception for the students was held in the Town Hall in Antibes where they were welcomed to Antibes by M Audouin Rimbaud, Head of Tourism and Deputy Mayor. Members of the Antibes Twinning Association were also present. Students were accompanied by teachers Mr. Tony Cierans and Ms. Niamh O’Hea who also organised the exchange.
