Huge congratulations to Paul and Helen of Bastion Kinsale on being awarded a Michelin Star in London today. This marks the first ever Michelin Star for Kinsale and is testament to the dedication, skill and wonderful training of staff both front of house and behind the scenes. The past 4 years has seen the restaurant receive 4 Bib Gourmands but today’s announcement is sure to be the icing on the cake for the dynamic duo.
