Yesterday, Monday 4th March, President Michael D. Higgins hosted members of the Council of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Ireland at Áras an Uachtaráin. Cormac Fitzgerald FCPA of Fitzgerald and Partners, Kinsale, had the honour of meeting with President Michael D. Higgins where the President spoke about the history of the CPA Ireland dating back to 1926 and the importance of economic literacy and the role of the CPA.
