The Cosy Café was created by Edyta and Sebastien Perey in 2016.

Both of them have worked in the industry for a long time and decided it was time to make ‘’the big move’’ by realising their dream and open their own café.

Visitors to Cosy Café only have to look at the photos on the suppliers wall to realise just how fresh the food is.

The eggs are from Beechwood Farm, the greens for the café’s range of salads from Horizon Farm, and the shellfish and smoked salmon from Haven Shellfish. These are just a few of those posted on the “sustainability” wall of frame.

The Cosy Café serve breakfast, lunch, brunch and of course a large selection of homemade cake and pastry all served with a smile by our friendly team.

The menu at the café is seasonal, with tasty salads and sandwiches of all kind popular in the summer, along with fish like monkfish (with skinny fries), burgers, with homemade chips, all washed down with great freshly ground café. The cosy café seafood chowder is a local favourite, as are gems including the monkfish burger, the chilli chicken warp, the fish and chips. The chicken and bacon rustic ciabatta, and the soup of the day with delicious homemade soda bread.

In winter the menu changes to dishes such as stews and other heartwarming treats, again all delivered with a keen awareness of what the customer wants.

They strive everyday to offer their customers great innovative dishes, with top quality local ingredients that is value for money with customer service that is memorable.
