It's great to see that a Men's Shed has been set up in Kinsale this winter. This worthwhile organisation is a dedicated, friendly and welcoming meeting place where men come together and undertake a variety of mutually agreed activities.
Men’s Sheds are open to all men regardless of age, background or ability. It is a place where you can share your skills and knowledge with others, learn new skills and develop your old skills.
An objective of Men’s Sheds is to enhance or maintain the well-being of the participating men.
Kinsale Men’s Shed has now secured a premises at the Glen Studio. We are now looking for donations of equipment and materials that will be of use to the group, in particular donations of tools, woodwork equipment, benches, machinery, wood, timber, nails, screws, furniture for up cycling. Drop off items to Saile sports complex on Saturday 15th Feb - between 10 am and 4pm. Any queries or for items needing collection please call 086-735 6340.
