Huge congratulations to all at the Blue Haven Kinsale who won a Gold Medal Award last night for Best Breakfast in Ireland at a Black Tie gala ceremony held in the  Lyrath Estate Hotel, Kilkenny. Director of the Blue Haven, Ciarán Fitzgerald, said “We are delighted to be recognised by The Gold Medal Awards and to achieve this prestigious award.  Well done to Pawel our breakfast chef and our entire team. Pawel started in the kitchen 12 years ago as kitchen porter and now cooks the best breakfast in Ireland!  Loyalty and dedication at its best. I’d like to say a big thank you to our hard working, dedicated team”.
